Die neu erbauten Ferienhäuser, ideal für 2-3 Familien, befinden sich in Piesendorf, ca. 4 Km von Kaprun und ca. 8 Km von Zell am See entfernt im Herzen der Europa Sportregion die nicht nur im Winter, sondern auch im Sommer seinen Gästen ein mehr als umfangreiches Sport, Kultur und Unterhaltungsprogramm bietet. Außer Hallen- und Freibädern können Sie auch im Zeller See schwimmen. Morgens auf dem Kitzsteinhorn Skifahren, Nachmittags wandern oder z.B. den Großglockner besichtigen oder Golf spielen, Mountain biking.....es ist so ziemlich alles geboten und es wir Ihnen bestimmt nicht langweilig in dieser tollen Gegend.

'Ferienhaus Piesendorf' is spacious,covering a floor area of approximately 130m2 while 'Chalet Piesendorf' & 'Villa Piesendorf' have a floor area of 150m2 each. All houses are newly built, equipped with modern amenities and provide first rate accommodation for families on a self-catering basis.
All houses have private parking.
Included in the rates are linen, towels, electricity, heating & final cleaning. Not included is local Austrian tourist tax, charged at €1 per person per night stay.
To secure a booking a non-refundable deposit of 15% per booking is required. Balance is due in full 6 weeks prior to arrival date and a security deposit of €300 (fully refundable provided no breakages or damage occur). Payment by bank transfer.
In the case of a 'No Show' or shortened stay a refund is at the owner's discretion.

An advantage of furnishing the double bedrooms with Austrian style beds makes it possible to convert the double bedrooms into twins if required.
